Role Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in steering the management of programs that tackle strategic initiatives and operational requirements. Your expertise will help align various projects, products, processes, and stakeholders to achieve our business objectives.

Your Impact

The Strategic Initiatives Lead position will empower you to take ownership of your work while collaborating with dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategic road-mapping through a structured methodology.
  • Enhancing program strategies and frameworks by conducting thorough research and analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Engaging with leaders and stakeholders to cultivate support for initiatives and establish a unified vision.
  • Translating strategy into actionable execution plans, outlining phases, activities, and milestones.
  • Presenting insights to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Facilitating collaborative sessions for problem-solving and alignment.
  • Overseeing reporting and governance, including the management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Leading portfolio planning and managing dependencies across strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Supporting the implementation of programs in line with strategic roadmaps.
  • Partnering with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to execute change initiatives.
Qualifications

Essential Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in reporting and governance, including OKR management.
  • Ability to provide business insights through advising, designing models, and interpreting market data.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing transformative technologies and data capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Business Intelligence tools (Tableau/Power-BI), and project management applications (JIRA).
