HR Generalist Role at Alarm

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Alarm. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, programs, and processes.
  • Assist with writing and sending manager and employee-facing communications.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Pull HRIS reports to analyze and update relevant data.
  • Partner with the HR Operations and other internal teams on projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • ~1-3 years of related HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Understanding of HR regulations and policy administration.
  • Proficiency in notetaking and ability to help with delicate performance management and employee relation situations.
  • Some experience with HR systems, such as Workday, is a plus.
