HornerXpress Worldwide is the global exporting company of the Team Horner group, supplying quality U.S. brands to over 100 countries worldwide. We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales support team as a Customer Service Representative.


Job Description

This position requires the consistent demonstration of world-class service, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and responding with urgency to various requests. You will work closely with our sales team to provide prompt and courteous service, process orders and quotes, and assist with order fulfillment.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely processing and communication
  • Process orders and quotes in a timely manner
  • Assist with order fulfillment and follow-up with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support the sales team with customer requests, sales trip preparation, and follow-up
  • Research products and sources to ensure accurate information
  • Communicate effectively, accurately, and positively both verbally and in writing
  • Assist with answering the main telephone line and directing calls appropriately
  • Mailing, shipping, and e-mailing information and marketing materials
  • Update customer information in internal databases

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
  • Team-player mentality
  • Customer service experience (export a plus)
  • Poll industry experience/knowledge a plus
  • A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 software a plus
  • Consistency and reliability
