We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in the Florida Region. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, executing sales and register duties, and maintaining a high level of store compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, providing thorough and accurate product information
  • Execute sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and order fulfillment
  • Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations
  • Support store managers with visual merchandising and other store-related projects

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Counting the Register
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Training and directing Store Associates
  • Keeping the store running when there is no manager on duty

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Reliable and flexible, with availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Quality-minded with keen attention to detail

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
