As a Key Carrier Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is prepared for business and that all necessary tasks are completed.
  • Support the store team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Participate in inventory management, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
