Work Schedule: 4pm - 12:30am

Compensation: $23/hr plus shift differential

Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a crucial role in guiding our clients' personnel on the operations of the cross-dock facility. This position is responsible for scheduling inbound trailers and reporting materials within the client's system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of inbound trailers to the dock
  • Document materials in the client's system
  • Serve as a point of contact for issues related to material processing
  • Manage the handling of urgent parts
  • Respond to inquiries regarding material flow through the cross-dock
  • Update material flow data in the cross-dock database and monitor supplier/carrier non-conformance
  • Ensure efficient material flow through the cross-dock
  • Facilitate timely information sharing between Ryder and client personnel

Additional Duties:

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience with customer inventory systems is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Intermediate understanding of cross-dock processes
  • Familiarity with relevant computer applications for tracking and reporting (Excel, Word, Ryder YMS, Cross Dock database)

Travel Requirements:

No travel required.
