Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers on a daily basis, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between the company and customers, forming and maintaining positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, problem-solving and analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and a competitive and career-oriented mindset.
