Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our team at PATG Valet. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional parking services to our guests, ensuring a safe and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parking Services
    • Park guest vehicles in designated areas, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
    • Ensure smooth traffic flow, preventing congestion and backups.
    • Collect and accurately label guest keys for secure return.
  • Customer Interaction
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and poise.
    • Offer information on parking procedures and policies, ensuring guests are well-informed.
  • Additional Duties
    • Open doors, lift, carry, and remove items from vehicles as requested by guests.
    • Assist guests with their needs, actively looking for ways to provide excellent service.
    • Maintain accurate information about events to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
    • Participate in training sessions as directed by your supervisor.
    • Ensure the assigned area remains clean and organized.
    Requirements
    • Education and Qualifications
      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Experience and Skills
      • 21 years of age.
      • Valid driver's license.
      • Clean driving record and background.
      • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
      • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
      • Availability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
      • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
      • Prior valet experience necessary.
      • Professional, friendly image and appearance expected.
      • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
      • Work cooperatively with others.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions and information in English.
      • Ability to use personal computers and hand-held applications.
      • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
      • Attention to detail.
      Physical Demands
      • Finger and hand dexterity.
      • Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
      • Noise levels may be distracting or uncomfortable.
      • Smells may be distracting or uncomfortable, including second-hand smoke.
      • Ability to stand for long periods.
      • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extremes of hot or cold, and wet environments.
      • Job requires the following motions: climbing, stooping, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds, stretching, sitting, walking on uneven ground and stairs.
