Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Dewey Dodge. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading customers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Use Customer Relationship Management tools to effectively track all customer interactions
  • Effectively educate customers on Ken Garff benefits and present deal structures and additional finance products
  • Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Develop additional sales skills and techniques through ongoing training and instruction utilizing Ken Garff University
  • Complete ongoing training modules to stay up-to-date on new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
  • Represent the dealership and Ken Garff Automotive Group

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
