Office Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to provide administrative support to our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for answering phones, directing calls, and handling customer inquiries. You will also be filing paperwork, making copies, and mailing information to customers as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a calendar of appointments and meetings
- Ensure office and warehouse supplies are adequate
- Maintain office equipment in good working order
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely payment
- Place orders and track order status
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
- Maintain the general office budget
- Answer phone calls and attend to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
- Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
