Job Summary

Cordell & Cordell is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Office Administrator to join our team. As the face and voice of our firm, you will be responsible for maintaining the office calendar, answering and directing incoming calls, and gathering and entering data into legal software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the office calendar and ensure efficient scheduling
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Gather and enter data into legal software
  • Check email and voice mail for timely responses
  • Pull end-of-day reports for the Communications Department
  • Keep the office organized and maintained
  • Approach clients and employees with a positive tone and genuine warmth
  • Handle sensitive client data with discretion and accuracy
Requirements
  • High school graduate
  • Experience in a law office or medical office
  • Administrative or office manager experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and positive communication style
  • Excellent typing skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to focus on details and handle multiple tasks
