The Role

We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Lead Technical Account Manager for Government Solutions to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of designated US Government accounts, focusing intently on ensuring that clients maximize the value of their investment in Own Company. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to translate intricate technical challenges into practical solutions. Engaging with our most strategic FedRAMP clients will be a key responsibility, requiring a deep understanding of both the Own Company platform and the broader technical environment. You will cultivate relationships with clients, gaining a thorough technical insight into their GovCloud Salesforce implementations, sharing best practices, and serving as the primary contact for significant incidents, managing client expectations and communications until resolution.

The perfect candidate will have experience with FedRAMP clients, be a collaborative team member, demonstrate professionalism, and be committed to exceeding expectations. They will excel in relationship-building, possess excellent collaboration skills, adapt quickly to new technologies, and manage their time effectively. Creativity and problem-solving will be essential traits.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key business and IT stakeholders, becoming an authority on the customer's implementation by understanding their primary business objectives and priorities.
  • Assist clients in achieving their business objectives by offering timely, proactive recommendations that enhance their ongoing use of Salesforce and Own Company products.
  • Achieve Trusted Advisor status with both key business and technical decision-makers.
  • Identify significant industry business process areas for opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning initiatives and provide relevant technical recommendations to address clients' business needs.
  • Support the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive by monitoring and identifying trends in Salesforce adoption and utilization, as well as Success Plan engagement, providing guidance during periodic reviews.
  • Alert clients to technology changes or potential service disruptions and advise on mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver proactive communications in the event of service degradation or disruption.
  • Participate in issue resolution and advocate for clients during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely executive-level summary status reports on accounts or issues, both internally and to clients.
  • Identify and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate renewal risks for both license and success plan subscriptions.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as FedRAMP/GovCloud Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Senior Salesforce Administration, Technology Solutions Development, or Technical/Solutions Architecture.
  • Proficient in both declarative and programmatic features of Salesforce.
  • Skilled in utilizing Salesforce APIs.
  • At least 2 Salesforce product certifications.
  • Experience managing large, complex, distributed systems.
  • Adept at navigating, escalating, and leading efforts on intricate US Government customer requests or projects involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Strong prioritization, multitasking, and performance capabilities under pressure.
  • Aptitude for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, as well as mapping business requirements to technical features.
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work a minimum of 3 days per week in our office to enhance collaboration and interaction with the team. Travel may be necessary.
