Job Summary

The Manager, Talent Management Systems will be responsible for executing the technical strategy and managing the team that supports NBCU's Learning, Performance Management and Compensation products. This role will involve managing, mentoring, and developing a team of technology professionals, as well as working with vendors and contractors to support and implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or other relevant field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience
    • 7 years of delivering high-quality HR/IT solutions and related project/support work
  • Technical Skills
    • 7 years experience with core HR systems (preferred SAP HCM) and employee life cycle management (hire-to-retire)
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) Experience
    • 7 years experience with SaaS HR solutions, specifically SuccessFactors
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation
    • 7 years experience in requirements gathering techniques, solution modeling, and documentation
  • Attention to Detail and Prioritization
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Foundational Knowledge
    • Foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes specifically for the applications/modules in scope
  • Project Management and Leadership
    • Excellent project/task management skills with a track record of successful delivery
