In a strategic move, The Estée Lauder Companies initiated the Leading Beauty Forward program, aimed at driving product innovation and enhancing market responsiveness. A significant aspect of this initiative involved the establishment of a new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center, strategically located to serve its suite of 30 brands on a global scale. This center is set to provide essential Finance, Human Resources, and Legal services to ELC employees across various regions and time zones. With a fresh, service-oriented approach, this GBS center aims to redefine global service standards at ELC, offering a comprehensive solution supported by advanced customer engagement insights, innovative systems, and enhanced reporting capabilities. Beyond delivering exceptional daily services, the GBS team is tasked with continuously optimizing workflows to expand its service offerings in alignment with ELC's strategic and business goals. This new site represents a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration.

Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst for Global Supply Chain is responsible for facilitating the planning, execution, ongoing enhancements, verification, and analysis of various deliverables related to reporting, KPIs, and analytics for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. This pivotal role involves crafting executive-level presentations and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist business leaders in everyday decision-making by delivering financial data in an accessible format, along with insights into business drivers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and implement transformative initiatives that promote strategic growth and operational excellence.
  • Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and benchmarking against industry best practices to improve operational efficiency and innovate reporting methodologies.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of monthly activities, offering insights into team progress and improvement strategies.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders by understanding their requirements and promptly providing solutions that deliver immediate value.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2.5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
