Key Responsibilities- Production Scheduling & System Management: Utilize and maintain ERP/IBP systems to develop accurate production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory level targets, while navigating real-world constraints.
- Cross-Functional Communication & Strategy Execution: Act as a link between Corporate and Manufacturing Plants by translating strategic goals into actionable production plans. Facilitate two-way communication, ensuring that feedback flows seamlessly between Corporate and Manufacturing teams.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve root causes of planning and manufacturing challenges, including backlog issues, throughput concerns, and obstacles to company initiatives.
- Project Management & Process Improvement: Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve Production Planning processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned
- 3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain related position
- Willingness and ability to travel
