Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Customer Service Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administrative tasks, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the office function, including payroll, scheduling, and office supplies
  • Design and implement efficient office processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with customer account and billing processes, credit and collections, and other regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, manage, and train Customer Service Representatives to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve complex customer issues and monitor team performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • High School diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
  • Advanced customer service skills and experience dealing with complex customer issues
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
