Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Staybridge Suites Albany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office, including guest relations, reservation management, staffing, training, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage and monitor front office activities, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment
- Act as Manager on Duty, resolving guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to improve guest services and foster cross-departmental communication
- Adhere to financial procedures, including bank records, account receivables/payables, and payroll administration
- Conduct performance appraisals and participate in department budgeting and planning
- Schedule personnel to ensure adequate staffing and maintain a positive team atmosphere
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management or supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel front office environment
- Strong computer skills and experience with IHG systems
