Surgical Services Coordinator

The Surgical Services Coordinator is a key member of the Surgical Services team, responsible for preparing and maintaining various computer application reports. This position collects data and conducts preliminary operational and statistical analysis, preparing accurate reports that show data in a meaningful and concise format for presentation at various committee meetings and to Atlanticare Leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze data to support operational and financial efficiency projects
- Prepare and maintain computer application reports
- Conduct preliminary operational and statistical analysis
- Present data and reports to various stakeholders
- Aid in the implementation and review of best practice operational and financial efficiency projects
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years computer and work experience preferred
- Ability to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot various computer applications
- Highly-developed computer skills required to effectively obtain, manipulate, and present data and reports
- Excel a must, Powerpoint preferred
This position requires desk/computer work for a majority of the time, with some walking and standing and occasional lifting up to 20lbs. Potential for exposure to the hazards and risk of the hospital environment, including exposure to infectious disease, hazardous substances, and potential injury.
