Position Overview:
As a Sales Territory Representative, you will oversee the management and growth of your designated customer base within a specific region, focusing on veterinary supplies, products, and programs. Your role will involve meeting annual sales, revenue, and profit objectives within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to veterinary practices, laboratories, and institutions within your sales territory to achieve targeted sales volume and other set objectives.
- Maintain and enhance existing accounts while developing new relationships to boost market share.
- Actively seek out, pursue, and finalize sales of equipment and technology within your assigned area.
- Manage and expand the existing consumables portfolio.
- Generate leads for technology solutions, exclusive products, and capital equipment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pricing proposals to clients.
- Meet or exceed forecasted sales goals.
- Promote Patterson Vet marketing initiatives and showcase new offerings.
- Participate in and support meetings and activities as requested by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to Veterinary Pharmaceutical Sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess one or more of the following:
- A minimum of three years of experience in business-to-business sales.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the health or veterinary sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct, retail, or tele-sales.
- Familiarity with the veterinary industry.
- Proficiency in PC applications, including spreadsheets and word processing software.
- Ability to analyze financial data.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
