About the Role:
As an Admissions Specialist at Brightli, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving client care and reducing the financial burden of community mental health centers. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure accurate information gathering and documentation, and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain program census according to the service model.
  • Facilitate client screening over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Offer administrative support to clinical staff.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at establishing rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
