Job Summary:

Biogensys is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to program staff, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, and communicating effectively with management and staff.

About the Role:

As a Project Management Specialist, you will work closely with program staff to track participant files, ensure data migration from SPARQ to GPMS, and provide guidance on project management methodologies. You will also assist with developing methods for measuring effectiveness and sustainability, conducting periodic assessments, and creating executive-level dashboards to report program health. Additionally, you will identify operational problems and work process improvements, and evaluate and assess program strengths and weaknesses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical assistance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well with a team and independently
* Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
* Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
* Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
* Organizational and multitasking skills

Work Environment:

This is a remote position with flexible work arrangements. You will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week, with regular check-ins with management and staff. Biogensys offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including free parking and a dress code of business casual (75%) and business attire (25%).

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
