We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Social Service Specialist I to join our team at Children's Home Society, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable families.

Estimated Salary:$58,000 - $70,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead case management teams in conducting home visits, interviewing family members, and developing personalized plans to address their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with community partners to secure vital resources, referrals, and services for kinship families, ensuring timely access to critical support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing industry-standard software and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of three years' experience working in an accredited social service agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in case management, program development, and community outreach, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
