Cyber Security Identity Consultant

As a Cyber Security Identity Consultant at cyberThink, you will be responsible for supporting the Client's IAM infrastructure by collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure compliance. Your role will involve developing architecture plans for the IAM environment, overseeing project requirements, and ensuring project design and implementation align with organizational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarize with the existing IAM environment, working closely with team members to resolve issues and suggest improvements.
- Regularly engage with infrastructure and application teams to gather project requirements.
- Develop architectural plans for the IAM environment and integrated systems.
- Facilitate discussions with various teams throughout each phase of project implementation.
- Ensure project design and implementation adhere to organizational guidelines.
- Create a disaster recovery plan for the IAM environment.
- Oversee the environment's build and validate compliance with security and compliance controls.
- Document system changes and enhancements, ensuring information is accessible to team members.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

- Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, ADLDS, RACF, and other LDAP systems.
- Proven experience with directory services integration to support single sign-on.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Identity Manager, SQL Server, and IIS.
- Programming skills in C#, .NET, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Now is highly desired.
- Ability to research Identity and Access Management market trends, recommend best practices, and mentor team members.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility and trust within the organization.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Hourly Rate:

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
