Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Admissions Specialist to join our team at Brightli. As a key member of our admissions process, you will be responsible for maintaining positive and professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will ensure accurate information gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers.
  • Ensure program census is maintained according to the service model.
  • Facilitate client screening over the phone or face-to-face.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at establishing rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
