Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Serenity Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our tax credit properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train team members to ensure compliance with tax credit regulations
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and support as needed
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Monitor and analyze property financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and pricing
- Prepare financial statements and reports for owners and stakeholders
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in tax credit properties
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Property management or real estate license preferred
- Deep understanding of fair housing laws and leasing practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
