- Delegate tasks efficiently to address all tax credit compliance aspects, including budgeting, reporting, and vendor management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Qualify prospective tenants, accept rental payments, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Negotiate leasing terms, inspect properties, and schedule maintenance to ensure high-quality living conditions.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and compliance with housing laws and regulations.
- Experience in property management, preferably in tax credit properties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Understanding of fair housing laws and leasing practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in property management software, such as OneSite, preferred.
