Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure compliance with tax credit regulations and company policies.
  • Train team members on tax credit requirements and best practices, including financial operations and leasing procedures.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently to address all tax credit compliance aspects, including budgeting, reporting, and vendor management.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Qualify prospective tenants, accept rental payments, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Negotiate leasing terms, inspect properties, and schedule maintenance to ensure high-quality living conditions.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and compliance with housing laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in property management, preferably in tax credit properties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Understanding of fair housing laws and leasing practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as OneSite, preferred.
