The Gumenick Management Company LC is seeking a highly skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing the annual operating budget, approve invoices, and create weekly and monthly activity reports.
Accounting: Manage income and expenses related to the property, use Yardi to coordinate profit and loss statements, and oversee bank deposits and petty cash funds.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and make recommendations for cost-effectiveness and income enhancements.
Safety and Maintenance: Monitor the physical condition of properties, handle incident reports, and oversee vacancy status documentation.
Office Administration: Ensure proper training of office staff, approve lease applications and renewals, and oversee all office operations.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field and 5 years of property management experience, or 7+ years of experience in property management or a combination of education and experience.
Supervisory experience and strong administrative and financial skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
