Regional Property Manager

Lawson Realty Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operations of our regional properties. As a Regional Property Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the objectives of ownership and management with respect to the properties in your portfolio. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing revenue and NOI, preserving assets, and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Financial Management: Develop and practice responsible expense management, prepare and adhere to property operational budgets, and oversee administrative processes.
- Building Operations: Oversee the daily workflow of the property, including maintenance and repairs.
- Business and Partner Relations: Work with owners to identify property goals, objectives, and needs, and develop asset plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all affordable housing programs and regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or CPM required.
- Experience: At least 5 years' multi-site experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of tenant-landlord law, Fair Housing, ADA, and other legal issues affecting property management; advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
