We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a state-of-the-art dining facility in Missoula. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of professional supervisory experience in a high-volume food service operation.
- Culinary Expertise: You will have experience with display cooking, menu presentation, and effectively training employees.
- Leadership Skills: You will be able to maintain a positive attitude, work well with a diverse team, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance: You will have the ability to obtain SERV Safe certification within 1 year of employment.
