Lead Generation Specialist for Content Syndication

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist focused on content syndication to enhance our advertising initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will concentrate on the strategic planning and execution of our global content syndication program, specifically targeting IT professionals in the cyber security sector. Your collaboration with campaign and regional hub leaders will be essential to ensure alignment of demand generation strategies with regional objectives on a worldwide scale.
This position is crucial for the successful planning, execution, and optimization of content syndication campaigns, driving substantial demand and generating thousands of qualified leads each quarter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns through web partners that convert into qualified prospects and sales opportunities.
- Oversee lead management processes for content syndication programs, including data cleansing, lead attribution, and campaign setup.
- Onboard and manage lead management tools effectively.
- Engage in negotiations with vendors, websites, and publishers to optimize return on investment.
- Identify and establish new lead generation opportunities with publishers.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and enhance ongoing partner lead generation campaigns.
- Manage budgetary aspects, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and contract evaluations.
- Collaborate with the content team to facilitate content creation and distribution to vendors.
- Communicate campaign results effectively to stakeholders.
- Maintain day-to-day management of relationships, leads, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with agreements made with vendors by holding internal teams accountable.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Motivated, driven, and eager to learn and advance in your career.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively to stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of various advertising media channels (e.g., OOH, Print, Digital).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.
- High-energy self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing both internal and external resources to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to target technical audiences using data-driven insights and behavioral analysis.
