Position Overview:
As an Instructional Content Specialist, you will collaborate within a team environment and engage in the following responsibilities:

  • Design and produce educational content for internal staff and sales teams utilizing both eLearning and traditional classroom methods.
  • Work alongside various departments to assess training requirements and modify instructional approaches as needed.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of ongoing training for both classroom and eLearning formats.
  • Create and revise manuals, training programs, support materials, and job aids.
  • Investigate and evaluate new learning methods, technologies, and strategies for effective organizational implementation, and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications:
This role necessitates the following skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in eLearning and content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Service-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
The following skills and attributes are advantageous:

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.
