Medicare Account Manager III

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and retention plans for Medicare accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer needs. You will also be responsible for executing sales and renewals, meeting sales and retention goals, and contributing to the sustained growth and competitive position of Kaiser Permanente in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement standard and non-standard competitive sales and retention strategies for Medicare accounts
  • Provide a positive experience to customers with Medicare accounts with minimal guidance
  • Ensure collaboration within teams to support customer needs for Medicare accounts
  • Execute sales and renewals for Medicare accounts with minimal guidance
  • Meet standard and non-standard goals for sales and retention of Medicare accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, account management, health plan administration, insurance, or a directly related field
