This includes creating multi-year benefits strategies, partnering with customer organizations and key stakeholders to drive growth and retention, and guiding internal partners in the execution of customized account strategies. You will also be responsible for driving strategy and expansions into new markets, guiding cross-functional teams, and maintaining advanced knowledge of market intelligence and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Listen, respond to, and seek feedback to drive project forward.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or minimum seven years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, account management, health plan administration, insurance, or a directly related field.
