Position Overview:

The Naval Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Program Manager will oversee the strategic planning and implementation of significant projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with Booz Allen's overarching goals and compliance with necessary technical and programmatic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the execution of major programs while collaborating with Firm leadership to attract, recruit, and nurture skilled personnel for essential NAVSEA and associated PEO initiatives.
  • Engage in business development efforts within a cooperative framework to drive the successful realization of strategic objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a primary program manager or deputy program manager within PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
  • Comprehensive understanding of shipbuilding processes, weapons system procurement, and original equipment manufacturer contracts.
  • Capability to conduct effective business development initiatives.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business, capture, and proposal development, or a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in business development, capture strategies, and proposal formulation.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and lead teams to secure new business opportunities.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

The compensation for this role is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, and contract-specific requirements. The anticipated salary range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. Depending on the role, employees may work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
