Position Overview:
The Naval Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and implementation of significant projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with Booz Allen's overarching goals and compliance with essential technical and programmatic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment, development, and deployment of skilled personnel for pivotal NAVSEA and associated PEO projects.
- Engage in business development efforts and proposal activities within a collaborative environment to support the attainment of strategic objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a major program manager or deputy program manager within PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
- In-depth understanding of shipbuilding processes, weapons system acquisition, and original equipment manufacturer contracts.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting business development initiatives.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business, capture, and proposal development, or a Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with business development, capture strategies, and proposal processes.
- Ability to cultivate and lead teams focused on securing new opportunities.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Work Environment:

If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site.
