Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the recruitment, development, and deployment of skilled personnel for pivotal NAVSEA and associated PEO projects.
  • Engage in business development efforts and proposal activities within a collaborative environment to support the attainment of strategic objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a major program manager or deputy program manager within PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
  • In-depth understanding of shipbuilding processes, weapons system acquisition, and original equipment manufacturer contracts.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting business development initiatives.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business, capture, and proposal development, or a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with business development, capture strategies, and proposal processes.
  • Ability to cultivate and lead teams focused on securing new opportunities.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Work Environment:
