Position Overview:
The Naval Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Program Manager will oversee the strategic planning and implementation of significant projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with Booz Allen's overarching goals and compliance with necessary technical and programmatic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the execution of major initiatives while collaborating with Firm leadership to recruit, train, and develop skilled personnel for essential NAVSEA and related PEO projects.
- Engage in business development efforts within a cooperative framework to achieve strategic objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a primary program manager or deputy program manager within PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
- In-depth understanding of shipbuilding processes, weapons system procurement, and OEM agreements.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting business development activities.
- Possession of a Secret clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business, capture, and proposal development, or a Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with business development, capture strategies, and proposal formulation.
- Proven ability to cultivate and lead teams to secure new opportunities.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- A Master's degree in Business.
- DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.
Work Environment:
Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
