Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a primary program manager or deputy program manager within PEO USC, PEO Ships, or SEA 21.
  • In-depth understanding of shipbuilding processes, weapons system procurement, and OEM agreements.
  • Demonstrated capability in conducting business development activities.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business, capture, and proposal development, or a Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with business development, capture strategies, and proposal formulation.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and lead teams to secure new opportunities.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
  • A Master's degree in Business.
  • DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management, Production, Quality, and Manufacturing, Engineering, or Test and Evaluation.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required.
