Position Summary:

This role requires a proactive individual to support the daily operations of assigned accounts. The Supervisor will oversee the execution of digital strategic plans and manage the implementation process. This position embodies Zenith's vision of Live ROI and involves supervising several team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate planning and execution for client accounts, specifically in Programmatic and Social campaigns for a pharmaceutical client.
  • Lead all aspects of campaign management, including setup, vendor communication, and performance reporting.
  • Provide training and support to Assistant Planners in areas such as billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics, and research.
  • Execute campaign management tasks while addressing ad hoc requests efficiently.
  • Assist in presenting data, insights, and media strategies to clients.
  • Possess a deep understanding of consumer behaviors and engagement across various platforms, including digital, social, and video.
  • Develop insightful and relevant points of view that evaluate media opportunities and assign appropriate value.
  • Manage vendor billing processes, including insertion orders, monthly billing reports, and discrepancy resolutions.
  • Support negotiations related to media buys, makegoods, positioning, and value-add negotiations.
  • Extract actionable insights from platform and third-party data through reporting dashboards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to assess the value and relevance of media vehicles for client plans.
  • Create engaging presentations that effectively communicate strategies to clients.
  • Maintain expertise in all ad serving platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver specifications and guidelines for buying and digital trafficking.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to foster a positive environment and share constructive perspectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media buying and planning.
  • Experience in planning digital campaigns for B2C products and the ability to present confidently to clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a resourceful and hardworking attitude.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced functions such as formulas, v-lookup, and pivot tables.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace, including key publishers, products, and trends.
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok is required; familiarity with Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, and TTD is preferred.
  • Experience with Prisma and DCM is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with research tools such as Nielsen and Comscore is preferred.
