About the Role

The Senior Manager, Programmatic Media role is a key position within the Media.Monks, Performance.Monks unit. As part of the Programmatic & Digital Media team (P&M), you will help develop and execute direct buys with online publishers, as well as programmatic media buying across various ad mediums. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns across multiple buying platforms. You will serve a portfolio of clients and collaborate with an integrated team to ensure media plans are delivered flawlessly in line with customer processes and standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the client-facing programmatic digital media efforts on account teams, working closely with account leads, paid search leads, and paid social leads
  • Develop and implement the strongest digital media plans across programmatic and direct partners based on client goals
  • Set up and launch programmatic media campaigns across various DSPs
  • Identify and select direct media partners across top publications through RFPs
  • Oversee the RFP, launch, and post-campaign stages with various media publications
  • Coordinate with ad ops on ad trafficking in DCM and guide floodlight and tracking setup for new advertisers
  • Monitor media in-flight campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations, and results, both in-flight and post-buy
  • Troubleshoot trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalate to 3rd party vendors
  • Create reports and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns towards client KPIs
  • Measure campaign impact and effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics to share with account leads and clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and impactful marketing efforts

About You
  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic ads management
  • Experience working with at least one of the following: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.
  • Experience working with or familiarity of DCM
  • Experience with CTV/OTT, digital audio, native, high impact, or direct buys (at least 1 category)
  • Experience presenting programmatic and digital media performance and strategy in a client-facing scenario
  • Passion for data analysis and navigating Excel spreadsheets
