Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and configured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive onsite at appointed time and check-in with the onsite POC
  • Locate equipment and determine your work area
  • Taking inventory of equipment and capturing Serial #'s
  • Unboxing new equipment and disposing of trash in designated areas
  • Assisting end-users with login and setup of desktop environment
  • Outlook signatures, One Drive Sync, Browser favorites, M365 application functionality, and Application verification
  • Verifying print options, Network and/or local, and taking directions from onsite lead or FTE
  • Reporting hours worked in real time and checking in when you arrive and check out before you leave
  • Escalating any issue immediately to your site lead

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good communication and reading skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Technical aptitude/familiarity
