Senior Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
StaffSource is seeking an experienced Escalation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from lower tiers.
- Monitor network service alerts and respond to critical notifications.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, remote access, or onsite visits.
- Troubleshoot and support hardware, networking, and application issues.
- Create and maintain documentation to ensure efficient access to critical information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of IT networking and security principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ certification.
- Experience with support or ticketing tools.
