Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in the greater Nashville, TN area. Your primary focus will be on supporting POS hardware and software for Genesco Retail Stores in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Develop and train staff on technical procedures
  • Assist in troubleshooting and escalating issues to the POS Software Team
  • Monitor open issues and create reporting to show statistics of incoming requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 2 years equivalent work experience
  • Linux experience and knowledge
  • Call queue and center experience
  • Bilingual in French
