About the Role:

We are seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist with 3-7 years of experience to support our team and uphold our core values.

This position is contingent upon award.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support knowledge management and best practices, including NARA guidance and requirements.
  • Translate technical information into clear, understandable training material.
  • Implement knowledge management systems and processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with NARA requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with knowledge management, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly SharePoint and MSTeams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to pass a public trust clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident.
