Job Title: Senior Knowledge Management Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices. The successful candidate will have expertise in SharePoint administration and management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage knowledge management initiatives within the Office of Fleet and Asset Management
  • Oversee SharePoint administration, customization, and troubleshooting
  • Align KM strategies with organizational goals and objectives
  • Design and implement effective information structures
  • Plan, execute, and manage complex KM projects
  • Make strategic decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
  • Lead and mentor junior KM specialists
  • Ensure compliance with information management regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Information Systems, Business Administration/Analytics, Technical Communication) or a relevant field
  • 4-10 years of relevant KM experience
  • Expertise in SharePoint administration and management
  • Strong understanding of KM principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of information management regulations and security standards
  • Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (BI)

Location, Compensation & Benefits:
