Sales Representative

This is an on-site role in Rochester, NY area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills.
We're seeking a driven inside sales representative to join our team. You'll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel.
Compensation:$50,000 Salary plus quarterly bonuses
Responsibilities:- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Two years of previous sales experience
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Previous experience with in-person and telephone sales, customer service, and customer relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for this position
- Must pass a background check
