About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for selling ADP's innovative solutions to new and existing clients, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Utilize ADP's cutting-edge technology and sales tools to drive sales performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior quota-carrying experience in sales
  • Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales
