Job Description

Power-Flo Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned sales territory.

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers to inform them of product features and benefits.
  • Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
  • Strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven outside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Valid and Clean NYS Driver's License to make trips to vendors and customers as needed.
