Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crisis Hotline Program Manager to join our team at Northwest Human Services, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and administrative aspects of our Crisis & Information Hotline and the 988 program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Monitor agreements and responsibilities outlined in grants, contracts, and service supports provided to all NWHS programs and departments.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with the American Association of Suicidology (AAS) and National Suicidal Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) standards or care.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, coach, train, and provide ongoing support to staff.
  • Program Development: Develop the Crisis & Information Hotline program in accordance with NWHS's strategic plan, mission, and ethical standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date written protocols and procedures, and submit monthly reports to the NWHS Finance and Compliance Departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience in crisis counseling or clinical oriented work preferred.
  • Skills: Education and knowledge of organizational behavior, program development, and mental health best practices preferred.
