Essential QualificationsEducational Background:

Desirable Attributes:

The key responsibilities of the Recruiting Specialist include:
- Conducting full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers until the candidate is hired.

- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-through during the hiring process.

- Adhering to all hiring policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice recruitment guidelines.
- Utilizing online recruiting resources and strategies to attract diverse candidates for open positions.
- Partnering with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and coordination.
- Extending offers of employment to selected candidates in accordance with compensation policies.
- Managing expectations of hiring managers and business objectives through regular updates and reviews.
- Building relationships across all levels of the organization to understand business needs and recommend effective recruiting strategies.
- Keeping abreast of market trends to inform recruitment strategies and navigate complex searches.
