About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loan Representative to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Loan Representative, you will serve as the initial contact for customers with a variety of financial needs, assisting them in assessing and identifying the appropriate products or services offered by OneMain.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers through outbound calls and inbound responses, providing personalized financial solutions to meet their needs.
- Process applications for multiple personal lending products, ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
- Develop and implement key strategies to drive growth, while demonstrating exceptional customer service standards and a high level of energy to exceed goals.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, federal and state laws, and provide guidance to team members to ensure compliance.
- Actively market and sell OneMain lending products and services, demonstrating strong collaborative skills within a team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed application processing goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, or call center environment.
- Basic understanding of credit or personal finance concepts.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
