Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Development

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to establish marketing goals.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing digital, social media, influencer outreach, public relations, retail, and experiential marketing.
  • Ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all departments.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar, guaranteeing timely execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends and identify growth prospects.

Content and Brand Stewardship

  • Direct the creation of content for product narratives, social media, newsletters, and other promotional efforts. Manage product launches, including promotional and public relations activities.
  • Oversee the production of seasonal product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal while adhering to timelines.
  • Lead the design of packaging and tags in partnership with product development and supply chain teams to ensure effective and economical solutions.
  • Facilitate brand development initiatives as necessary.

Event Coordination and Vendor Relations

  • Assist leadership in preparing presentations and organizing sales meetings.
  • Help coordinate trade show participation, from booth design to setup logistics.
  • Manage the planning and execution of internal company engagement events.
  • Source and procure branded promotional materials for various campaigns and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the footwear or fashion sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate.
  • Innovative thinker with a strong design sense and attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
